The first services for go-live will be Business Directory, Sourcing and Document Management enabling Hitachi Astemo to setup the supplier database, starting RFQ’s and handle exchange of sensitive data with the suppliers digitally.

The responsible buyer will receive an email with a link to the pre-filled supplier data - Correct Contacts
The buyer contact at Hitachi Astemo check (change if necessary) and confirm the supplier data - Validate Data
SupplyOn will upload the completed supplier master data and validate the them.

How does each Target Group register?
- Official communication (Initial project information) will be send to the supplier
- SupplyOn / Hitachi Astemo uploads the supplier list to SupplyOn Mass Onboarding Rollout. In the supplier list the respective connect types (target groups) are marked.
- Detailed information for each target group and the detailed registration processes for the suppliers, can be found on separate pages

- Your internal organization is informed about the project
- Your suppliers received the first email with all project relevant details
- Supplier selection is finished and can be uploaded in the SupplyOn platform - the rollout starts.
- The suppliers receive the registration or confirmation email. This email is different depending on the connect type.
- During the registration phase the SupplyOn Customer Support is active for supplier questions

Customer SupportWe get in touch with your supplier Day 1: Supplier receives the registration email with the unique registration link Follow up process for not registered suppliers: Day 3: Automated system reminder Day 5: 2nd automated system reminder Day 7: Customer Support start calling the supplier contact or send an email (3 times - 3 dial attempts each time) After 28 days of follow up the Customer Support handed over the supplier to your buyer contact (automated email). |
Buyside Follow UpHand over to Hitachi Astemo buyer contact SupplyOn customer support hands the supplier over to the responsible contact with the reason for the escalation and a comment from the customer support. Buyer takes action The buyer contacts the supplier and discuss the required service registration. Final decision The buyer convince the supplier or stops the rollout in the SupplyOn system

The SupplyOn system offers different dashboards where you can monitor the status of your suppliers. You can find the dashboards after login in the navigation "SupplyOn Services" - "Visibility and Analytics"

The second possibility is to access the SupplyOn Monitoring. After login, click on "Administration" and "Suppliers rollout". You are at the Rollout cockpit overview. There you can select in the section Monitoring the overview you want.
- Registration Overview: Shows all suppliers that are still in registration status
- Service Overview: Shows all registered services per supplier
- Supplier Overview: List of all registered suppliers
- Escalation Overview: All escalated suppliers
- Retention Overview: All suppliers with the status retention
Note: To use this function, you need administrator rights, which you can have assigned by your company administrator.
