Day 1: Supplier receives the registration email with the unique registration link

Follow up process for not registered suppliers:

Day 3: Automated system reminder

Day 5: 2nd automated system reminder

Day 7: Customer Support start calling the supplier contact or send an email (3 times - 3 dial attempts each time)

After 28 days of follow up the Customer Support handed over the supplier to your buyer contact (automated email).

                        

Buyside Follow Up

Hand over to Hitachi Astemo buyer contact

SupplyOn customer support hands the supplier over to the responsible contact with the reason for the escalation and a comment from the customer support.

Buyer takes action

The buyer contacts the supplier and discuss the required service registration.

Final decision

The buyer convince the supplier or stops the rollout in the SupplyOn system
