Project Management

Project Management - Intro

You have many customer projects running in parallel which are all organized differently, and you lose track of them?

SupplyOn Project Management allows the transparent execution of cross company projects and enables the development of projects according to the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) method.

The APQP process is used to create a production quality plan that corresponds to the development of a product in terms of the required quality.

Uniform view of the current project plan of all participants ensures higher transparency in the development process.

Uniform document structure means that you do not have to familiarize yourself anew with every project.

Project organization and collaboration with all project requirements are documented in one place.

Reminder e-mails ensure the fulfilment of deadlines and tasks.

How to edit a project?

You will mostly work from the page “Project Schedule”. The customer will give you a deadline that you can confirm and close when the task is done. Both you and the customer can add attachment to the project plan. The customer can define additional actions.

  • In the tab “Action List”, you can get an overview of all actions.

  • You can track the project’s history in the tab “ChangeLog”.

  • In “Status Report” you can download the project as a PDF or as a XLS document at any time.

The number of attachments will increase when the projects is edited. You can get an overview and the option to download it in “All Attachments”.

In “Project Team” you can find the users that have access to the project. The Main Key Account appears automatically as the Program Manager. You can also assign roles to the other team members. For this, click on the role and look for the name of your colleague in the search bar. You will only find colleagues with a SupplyOn account and the corresponding roles.
