PID Registration Steps (fix)

To register follow these simple steps:

  1. Open Invitation E-Mail

    1. SupplyOn sends you an email (Registration@SupplyOn) with your registration link. Follow the link to the registration site.
  2. Create your Account
    1. On the registration site, you create the first user account - this becomes automatically the company administrator.
      Review your company information, correct it if necessary and submit it.
  3. Confirm your Data
    1. SupplyOn will then send you a confirmation e-mail with a link to complete your registration.
  4. Start using SupplyOn
    1. As the company administrator you can now create additional user accounts and assign them the specific user permissions necessary for the different SupplyOn services.

PID Contract Join (fix)

Remember: If another entity of your company is already registered with SupplyOn, you can request to join their contract during your registration.

User Account Steps (fix)

This is how you create new user accounts:

  1. Login to SupplyOn

    1. Access the platform with your user ID and password. Click on 'Administration' and select 'Users and contacts'
  2. Create User Accounts
    1. In this dashboard you have an overview of all users and can create new ones, edit, deactivate or delete existing ones. Click on 'Create User'
  3. Fill in the required User Details
    1. Provide the required contact details, setup an initial password and assign an area of responsibility. Click on 'Save and close'.
  4. Ready to use SupplyOn
    1. You must send the initial password to the new user. Your colleague will also receive an e-mail from SupplyOn with a user ID and a link to confirm the e-mail address.
