To ensure the quality of your data, SupplyOn conducts a survey regarding supplier basic qualification, product safety information requirements and certificates on behalf of your customers.

One central location

Maintain your data in just one central location and avoid unnecessary duplication of work. Several customers with all their entities can access and retrieve this data.

Safe

Don't need to worry about who to send the information to - when you answer a survey it always reaches the correct recipient.

Automatic notifications

You won’t miss any expiration date of important certificates as you are notified well in advance when your data needs to be updated.

Flexible Survey : Options

You can be invited by Schaltbau to participate in a Survey through a specific link sent by email directly to you

or you can also find and access any Schaltbau survey by logging into SupplyOn and opening the menu "SupplyOn Services", "Flexible Survey".

Click on “Start Survey” to start to fill in the required information. Please note that all fields marked with (*) are mandatory fields. By clicking on "Submit", the results will be submitted to your customer.

If the survey doesn’t appear correctly, you may have a pop-up blocker activated or browser issues. Check the blockers and/or restart your browser.

Further information

You have the possibility to forward this survey to a colleague by clicking on "Forward to Colleague" and select a colleague from the list. The list also shows the colleagues who have already been invited themselves.

Please be aware that you can forward it only to a colleague with a SupplyOn account and the correct business function. Click into the line with the name of the colleague that you would like to forward the survey to and then click on "Submit". The survey will now be forwarded.

After forwarding you can not edit this survey again. In addition, you will receive an e-mail from the system that you forwarded the survey to a specific colleague.
