Select the Business Directory from the main navigation. You now see your profile, which is divided into different areas.

Address

The “Address” tab contains general information on your company and on corporate groups assigned to your company where applicable. The company administrator can change the master data in the section "Change company data". The update will be displayed in your profile after relogin.

Company Structure

The “Company structure” tab shows the structure of the corporate group that belongs to your company.

Contacts

On the “Contact” tab, you will find an overview of your most important company contacts and the user information.

Company data

On the “Company data” tab you can save and change information about your company. The data is divided into three categories: rating, KPIs and additional company data. “Rating” contains the company’s ratings (e.g. Moodys). Under “KPIs” you can provide the financial data for the markets that your company is active in (e.g. sales and employee numbers). Information on Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), for example, can be entered under “Additional company data”.

Certificates and audit

On the “Certificates and audit” tab you can provide information on the certificates that the company has acquired. The certificates are divided into three categories: Quality Management System (e.g. ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (e.g. EMAS) and Company with Special Status (only relevant for USA companies).

Manufacturing competencies

You can enter information on the products (e.g. raw materials, part and finished products) and services of your company on the “Manufacturing competencies” tab.
