It is our goal and your customers to improve the quality of your supplier master data stored within SupplyOn to manage business relationships between your customers and you as a supplying company more efficiently.

To achieve this, SupplyOn conducts surveys on behalf of your customers regarding supplier qualifications, product safety information, and certificates.

The SupplyOn Flexible Survey service enables you to participate in these surveys and keep your supplier profile up to date.

Flexible Survey : Options

You may receive an invitation from your customer to participate in a survey either through your existing SupplyOn account or via email access.

Registered SupplyOn User Account
1. If you receive an email with a link directing you to log in with your SupplyOn user ID and password, you are accessing the survey through your registered user account.
Email Access
1. If the link directs you to log in with only a password or prompts you to register for email access, you are accessing the survey via email invitation.

You can access your surveys by clicking on the link in the email or by logging in to SupplyOn and selecting "Flexible Survey" from the "SupplyOn Services" menu.

Once you have selected a survey, you will be taken to the welcome page where you can forward the invitation to a colleague and where you will find additional information and relevant attachments.

Start the survey

Click on the welcome page on 'Start Survey' and fill in the required information. Please note that all fields marked with (*) are mandatory fields. By clicking on 'Submit', the results will be submitted to your customer.

Note: The questionnaire is pre-filled with current data from the business directory if the relevant fields are filled.

Further information

You have the possibility to forward this survey to a colleague by clicking on 'Forward to Colleague' and select a colleague from the list. The list also shows the colleagues who have already been invited themselves.

Please be aware that you can forward it only to a colleague with a SupplyOn account and the correct business function. Click into the line with the name of the colleague that you would like to forward the survey to and then click on 'Submit'. The survey will now be forwarded.

After forwarding you can not edit this survey again. In addition, you will receive an email from the system that you forwarded the survey to a specific colleague.
