Advanced product quality planning (APQP)

SupplyOn Project Management allows the transparent execution of cross company projects and enables the development of projects according to the APQP method.

SupplyOn Project Management provides a clear and structured platform to efficiently plan, monitor, and complete projects. Any changes, for example to deadlines, responsibilities or a status, are immediately visible to both parties and ensures all milestones are achieved on time.

Further information

A project is usually allocated to a selling company and not to an individual user of the selling company.

Key Accounts are supplier users that are assigned to a customer. The Key Account responsible can now assign colleagues of his company for each supplier project role.

To access projects in the SupplyOn Project Management , a user must be defined as a 'Key Account' by the Company Administrator. This is essential for ensuring proper access to all customer-created projects. The Main Key Account is particularly important, as they will receive email notifications for new projects.

Add a Key Account

  • Log in to SupplyOn
  • Navigate to 'SupplyOn Services' - 'Project Management'
  • Select the tab 'Key Accounts'
  • Use the drop-down menu 'Please select...' to select the user you wish to store as a key account for the Service Project Management and then click on 'Save'.
  • Here you also have the option to differentiate between customers or to define the user as the 'Main Key Account'.
  • All details for the Key Account are in the video Astemo | Project Management | Key Account
