Getting started

The customer starts an enquiry in SupplyOn Sourcing, selects suitable suppliers, and requests quotations.

You can download the inquiry and upload it again to SupplyOn Sourcing once it has been completed. You can fill in the specified fields in the request and submit a quotation. The customer will compare the offers received and identify the supplier with the best offer and award the contract.

How to create an offer in Sourcing?

Hitachi Astemo starts an enquiry and you will get an e-mail notification. This e-mail contains a link that you can use to log in to SupplyOn.

  • Click on the link and enter your login details
  • The overview shows you the open request and the requests that have already been answered
  • Open the request and in the request details you will find all details provided by Hitachi Astemo
  • Fill in the fields requested by Hitachi Astemo (mandatory fields are marked)
  • Enter your price details and requested information
  • Fill in the white columns
  • Click Ok

Note: There is the possibility to upload the offer as excel.

How to work with active requests?

A request has the status Active until the end date set by Hitachi Astemo is reached. After that, the status automatically changes to Closed.

Change an active request

  • You can change an active request again at any time
  • Click Add or change bid and all fields that you are authorized to edit will be active again
  • You make your changes and then place the bid again.
