To start with the the registration, your D-U-N-S® Number is necessary. The search or request is free of charge and can be done on the  D&B partner website.

How to Add a new Connect to your SupplyOn account.

If your company already has an SupplyOn account, your Company Administrator can add a new service connection with your customer to your company's existing account with a few clicks.

The connect request can be for using a new service with an existing customer, or to connect with a new customer that wants to start using SupplyOn with your company.

Any entity of your company can request to join your contract. 

When you receive such a request you can accept it or decline it by following these simple steps:

Login to SupplyOn
Click on 'Administration' and 'Contract and Invoice'

My open tasks
Open 'My tasks' and click on the open request

During the registration process you can join the main contract:

Start the registration process
Enter the entry number in the section Company Master data

Finish the registration process
Continue to fill in the registration form and submit

Joining an existing SupplyOn contract

In case other entities of your company are already registered at SupplyOn, you can request them to join their contract. 

What is Company Administration?

When you first register your company in SupplyOn, you must specify a Company Administrator for your account. This role can be assigned to somebody else later. The Company Administrator plays a central role and has variety of tasks such as:
