You want to unlock a user account? Follow these steps:

1. Select the menu item “Administration / User administration” 
2. Click on the right-hand sidebar “Quick and easy” the “Unlock user” link
3. SupplyOn now starts the wizard for role assignment
4. Select the locked user and enter a comment (optional)
5. Click on the “unlock” button

SupplyOn sends e-mail notification to the user's e-mail address. Any comment you have entered will also be shown there.

How to reset a password for a user?

The “Master data” tab contains the user's data. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

You can change the user master data and the password directly in the user settings:

The "My Work Area" page in SupplyOn's user administration is meant for everyday tasks. Additionally, there are wizards available under "Quick and Easy" on the sidebar to help you with the following tasks:

The SupplyOn user administration overview is meant for everyday tasks like:

• Create user accounts
• Assign areas of responsibility
• Change user master data
• Reset user passwords
• Unlock/lock/delete user accounts
• Set up substitutes

When you first register your company in SupplyOn, you must specify a Company Administrator for your account. This role can be assigned to somebody else later. The Company Administrator plays a central role and has variety of tasks such as:

• maintaining company master data in the Business Directory
• maintaining control points
• confirming connects for additional services and/or additional customers
• Users and permissions

Getting started with Document Management

Login to SupplyOn and click in the navigation bar on SupplyOn Services and select Document Management. You will be directly taken to the Service Dashboard.
