This is how you do it:
- Login to SupplyOn
- Access the platform with your user ID and password. Click on 'Administration' and select 'User Management'
- My work area tab
- Click on the “Assign roles” link under “Quick and easy” on the right-hand sidebar.
- Select the user
- if the user is not in the list, then enter the name, user ID or e-mail address of the user in the search field and click the “Search” button
- Select the checkbox for the desired user and click the “Next” button
- Assign role
- Select the checkbox to assign users the necessary roles and click on "Next"
Click on the “Expand” link if you want to display the roles for a service category
- Select the checkbox to assign users the necessary roles and click on "Next"
- Service Settings
- Change service settings for the selected user, if necessary. Click the “Finish” button.
- Complete
- You have changed the roles of users.
Note:The process data from the Supply Chain Collaboration service can only be viewed by users when the user ID has been set up in the user mapping at the respective plant (control point) in addition to having the required roles. This configuration is set automatically for supplier users. In order to check or change this setting, the SupplyOn administrator must possess the ControlPointAdmin or CompanyAdmin role.
