Reset password (advanced mode)

How to reset a password for a user?

  1. Select the menu item  “Administration” and “User management”
  2. Select the “My work area” tab
  3. Click on the right-hand sidebar “Quick and easy” the “Reset password” link
  4. Enter the name, user ID or e-mail address in the search field and click the “Search” button
  5. Select the checkbox of the User ID and click the button “Reset password”
  6. Enter the new password twice and click on “Save”
  7. Inform the user of the temporary password

Note: The temporary password you have assigned is not automatically sent to the user. You must therefore inform the user of this password separately. The next time the user logs on, he/she is prompted to replace the temporary password with one of his/her own.
