You are the contract holder, and another entity of your company wants to join?

Are you the main contract holder...

... and another entity of your company wants to join your contract?

Any entity of your company can request to join your contract. 

When you receive such a request you can accept it or decline it by following these simple steps:

Login to SupplyOn
Click on 'Administration' and 'Contract and Invoice'

My open tasks
Open 'My tasks' and click on the open request

Confirm the request
Check the details of the contract join and click on 'Accept' or 'Decline'

Note: If your contract already includes connection for the same service with the same customer, there is no extra cost for accepting a join request. The new company will only be added to your contract after you confirm the join request.
