Lock user account (advanced mode)

You want to lock a user account? Follow these steps:

1. Select the “Administration / User management” menu item.
2. Select the “User accounts” tab
3. Enter the name, user ID or e-mail address in the search filed and click the “Search” button t
4. Select the checkbox of the User ID
5. And click on the “Lock users” button
6. Enter comments for the users in the window and click on the “Lock” button.

Important:All roles are now withdrawn from these users and they are locked. SupplyOn sends e-mail notification to the e-mail address of the users. Your comment will also be shown.
