Monitoring

The second possibility is to access the SupplyOn Monitoring. After login, click on "Administration" and "Suppliers rollout". You are at the Rollout cockpit overview. There you can select in the section Monitoring the overview you want.

Usage Dashboards

The SupplyOn system offers different dashboards where you can monitor the status of your suppliers. You can find the dashboards after login in the navigation "SupplyOn Services" - "Visibility and Analytics"

SupplyOn Portal Structure

How is an organization structured in SupplyOn?
 

A company organization contains three levels:

• The Corporate Group (CG), the highest level of the organization.
• The Legal Entity (LE), such as a national company.
• The Control point (CP), such as a plant or site.

Note: Knowledge of this organizational structure is useful to filter the relevant information (for example plant name). These three levels of organization are mandatory.

If after 28 days of follow up the registration is not completed the supplier is escalated and handed over back to you.

The Monitoring section offers you the possibility to receive an overview of you suppliers in the different stages of the Onboarding and Usage Process. The following articles show you what information is behind the individual overviews.
