To start with the the registration, your D-U-N-S® Number is necessary. The search or request is free of charge and can be done on the D&B partner website. More details. Company address & contact data In case that we do not have proper information, we will send you an online form in order to enter your company data and relevant contact information. This information will be used to prepare for the registration of the required SupplyOn services. Please fill out this data and submit it to Schaeffler, so that we can start the registrations steps. |

Supplier Information Management (SIM)
The SupplyOn Business Directory and Flexible Survey represents the platforms to ask our supplier network for the latest company data, documents or further required information.
As part of our collaboration, we ask you to provide the following data regularly via the Service Business Directory or on demand via the Service Flexible Survey forms and questionnaires:
- Your company data and key figures
- Your contacts
- Your certificates
- Your signed Schaeffler Supplier Code of conduct (SCoC)
Your benefits:
- Data from SupplyOn Business Directory and SIM Survey are directly available for Schaeffler
- Contact data and documents are available with latest status

EDI Integration
For companies with large transaction volume (>400 transactions per month) an EDI connection is recommended, provided that the technical prerequisites (esp. EDI infrastructure) and the possibility of a backend integration into the own ERP system are given.
