A series of free online trainings for suppliers were scheduled during the summer of 2024.
In the one hour training sessions, a SupplyOn AirSupply expert showed how to use all the available features in the AirSupply PO Collaboration with Airbus Helicopters North America.
Ordering collaboration is based on alert management and collaboration status.
The different Purchase Order alert types are described in the table on the left.
These alerts are referenced ’High/Medium/Low’, according to the different levels of criticality and are displayed both in ‘My Workspace’ and in the ‘PO Alerts’ tab of the ‘Alert Overview’ screen.
The flag ‘New’ indicates there is a new situation that requires an action.
All users can remove the ‘New’ flag by performing one of the following actions:
SupplyOn's AirSupply service can be accessed through the SupplyOn portal, or through the user (customer or supplier) own portal. The choice will depend on the IT capabilities and resources of each company.
