9S - Practical Problem Solving (PPS) provides the user with a structured approach to identify top non-quality offenders through Non Quality inflow analysis, contain inflow through quality wall, and prevent reoccurrence.
Allowing collaboration between Customers and Suppliers is one of the main pillars for this module, for activities such as:
- Analyze the non-quality inflow.
- Follow up the supplier’s 9S, ensuring it follows the standard timeline for the completion of each of the associated 9S steps as per Norm EN 9136.
