Managing the ordering process via SupplyOn

SupplyOn allows you to manage the complete procurement process, from the purchase order to the reception of the goods together with your customer.

Purchase orders constitute the basis of the procurement process. 
In SCC you can receive, check, change and confirm purchase orders. All processes are run via a central cockpit that offers a complete overview at any time for all parties. Printing, up- and download possibilities and a history function for tracking of changes, are some of the many features available to you in SCC.

Accurate scheduling of your deliveries

With SupplyOn Delivery Instructions you can plan your deliveries weekly according to Stabilus requirements. 
You can manage your delivery dates, dispatched quantities and cumulated data and you have access to Stabilus demand history for better forecasting.

Supply Chain Collaboration - FPA, easy coordination of transport request 

Efficient planning for the collection of ready shipments

Via SupplyOn you inform Stabilus that the goods are ready for pickup. You simply enter your shipping information and pick-up dates and print out the shipping labels. Your customer organizes the transport of the shipment for you.

In SCC FPAs are linked to the corresponding PO and delivery scheduled therefore, most of the data fields are pre-filled accordingly. It also includes an integrated tracking of open demands.

On-time notification of your deliveries

In SupplyOn SCC your next delivery will be automatically created on the base of your customer's delivery instructions.

Integrated alerts inform all parties over deviations making possible to anticipate potential bottleneck situations. It also calcualtes automatically the packaging units according to your customer's packaging specifications.

The Standardized package labels facilitate the identification of the material and enable direct storage without relabeling.

Real-time notification of reception 

In SCC your deliveries are matched with the corresponding ASN. Stabilus can confirm the reception of the delivered goods within the system so you get a live update of the delivery status.

Email notifications alert all users of under- or over shipments and help to identify easily any discrepancies on delivered vs. receptioned goods, making real time information available online to all parties.
