BT- Purchase Order
Purchase Order
With the purchase order (PO) the customer orders a specific material quantity for a specific delivery date. For every purchase order, you as supplier need to create the order confirmation via SupplyOn in which you confirm to the customer the actual deliver date and delivery quantity or a possible deviation.
- Purchase Order is sent from the Bosch system via SupplyOn to the supplier
- Supplier confirms the Purchase Order electronically with one click
- Creation of the advanced shipment notification (ASN) when the order ships (is handed over to the forwarder)

BT- Scheduling Agreement
Scheduling Agreement
With the scheduling agreement, your customer provides you the net forecast and fixed schedule lines (call-offs) on a regular basis (e.g. once per week). The fixed call-offs are similar to fixed orders and the forecast gives you an indication of future demands from your customer.
- Scheduling Agreement with fixed call-offs and forecasts is sent from Bosch via SupplyOn to the supplier
- Creation of the advanced shipment notification (ASN) before the order ships (is handed over to the forwarder)
BT- Advanced Shipping Notification
Advanced Shipping Notification
The ASN is an electronic document, which contains specific information for an upcoming shipment. The ASN has to be created by the supplier before the shipment is handed over to the forwarder. With the ASN you notify your customer that the shipment is now in-transit.
ASNs provide more transparency in the supply chain as you transfer important information of the shipment to the customer.
This video shows you the ASN process in the SCC live system (english)
BT- Transport Management
Transport Management
SupplyOn's next generation transport management system (NGTM) is THE solution for a single point of truth for all your shipments. The NGTM digitizes the entire logistics process. Relevant shipping and transport information is processed in one portal only with all partners having access.
For the generation of shipments to your customer Bosch, all available information is prefilled from the demand data, the transport request is then automatically sent to the connected carriers and confirmed. Shipment data is bundled and constantly updated thus providing the required transparency for all participants of the supply chain process. The coordination between all partners is facilitated, the tracking of deliveries is transparent and delays can be identified early on.

BT- Vendor Managed Inventory
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
The VMI process gives suppliers an insight into the current warehouse stocks, the intransit quantities and the actual needs (demands) of their customers.
Based on this information and mutually agreed inventory thresholds, a supplier can optimise its production and deliveries to their customers.
Your benefits
- Optimise production and deliveries: Use of VMI enables larger batch sizes at supplier, better use of the production resources, fewer special shifts and express deliveries.
- Alert management: The system informs you of imminent stock shortfalls or excesses, naturally on the basis of your customers’ current requirements and stock levels.
