Stabilus Connectivity Intro

There are two ways to access the SupplyOn platform.

SupplyOn offers different types of connections. Which one is right for your company depends on your company size, your order volume and your company's existing IT infrastructure. 

You can either process your transactions and documents via SupplyOn's web front-end or you can implement a direct EDI connection to your internal ERP system.

Internet Based User Connection : WebEDI

Web frontend – H2M (Human to Machine connection)
 

  • The easiest and fastest way to connect to SupplyOn is with the internet front-end, user based connection.
  • You only have to register your company once with SupplyOn and can use SupplyOn WebEDI for all your locations.
  • The only requirement is a computer or tablet, a browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome) and internet access.
  • There is no software installation necessary only an online registration.

You start with an internet based user connection to the Supply Chain Collaboration module.

  • The use of Supply Chain Collaboration costs 45 Euro or 45 USD per month per customer.
  • You can register multiple locations and unlimited users.
  • It is recommended for small and medium-sized companies with an average of less than 600 transactions per year.

Direct Systems Connection: EDI

EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is a M2M connection (Machine to Machine).

The SupplyOn EDI connection ensures a fully automated data transmission directly from your ERP system into the ERP system of your customer.

  • Requires a strong IT infrastructure in terms of capabilities and resources.
  • It is recommended for companies with a high volume of transactions.
  • Involves an IT implementation project specially designed for your company to meet the individual requirements of your project.
  • The use of the full EDI connection costs 90 Euro or 90 USD per month, plus a one-time connection fee.

In business with SupplyOn

SupplyOn is an exclusive business platform and its use is restricted to registered companies only. 

Buying and selling companies sign commercial contracts with SupplyOn for the use of the different services available on the SupplyOn business platform.

These contracts specify which SupplyOn solutions that can be used, the cost of accessing them and define the partners with whom the solutions can be used.

A selling company like yours can only access the platform if invited by a buying company, in this case Stabilus. Once you have been invited, you can register and sign a contract with SupplyOn for the use of the platform with your customer.
