How does ist work? (TR @SHA)
Once an SCR has been created by the Supplier Quality Manager or Supply Chain Manager, the selected users on supplier side receive a notification via Email. They can then start to work on the SCR questionnaire directly in SupplyOn TR - a common meeting between supplier and SQM/SCM is not necessarily required anymore.
Getting started with Document Management
Login to SupplyOn and click in the navigation bar on SupplyOn Services and select Document Management. You will be directly taken to the Service Dashboard
How does it work? (DMS @SHA)
Continental uses a backend integration with SupplyOn DMS, which means that you will receive technical documents directly out of the internal Continental system, guaranteeing them to be of latest status.
An email notification is sent to the DMS users of the supplier's company once a new document package has been issued. With this, you have the possibility to download the documents directly from the Continental backend servers.
