Connectivity options in SupplyOn
Depending on your company size, your order volume and your company's existing IT infrastructure you can connect with Schneider Electric via the SupplyOn platform in two ways :
Through their internet based user connection (WebEDI) ➤ Quick and easy individual online connection
Implementing a direct EDI system connection ➤ Advanced B2B (business to business) connection
Internet Based User Connection : WebEDI
Web frontend – H2M (Human to Machine connection)
- The easiest and fastest way to connect to SupplyOn is with the internet front-end, user based connection.
- You only have to register your company once with SupplyOn and can use SupplyOn WebEDI for all your locations.
- The only requirement is a computer or tablet, a browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome) and internet access.
- There is no software installation necessary only an online registration.

You start with an internet based user connection to the Supply Chain Collaboration module.
- The use of Supply Chain Collaboration costs 45 Euro or 45 USD per month per customer.
- You can register multiple locations and unlimited users.
- It is recommended for small and medium-sized companies with an average of less than 600 transactions per year.
Direct Systems Connection: EDI
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is a M2M connection (Machine to Machine).
The SupplyOn EDI connection ensures a fully automated data transmission directly from your ERP system into the ERP system of your customer.
- Requires a strong IT infrastructure in terms of capabilities and resources.
- It is recommended for companies with a high volume of transactions.
- Involves an IT implementation project specially designed for your company to meet the individual requirements of your project.
- The use of the full EDI connection costs 90 Euro or 90 USD per month, plus a one-time connection fee.
