About the Processes...
When can I start using the SSP SCM 2.0 platform and how much does it cost?
You can immediately start using SSP SCM 2.0 after successfully completing the registration in SupplyOn and visiting one of our capability trainings on the platform.
The use of SupplyOn SCM/P2P with Schneider Electric cost you 45€/$ per month. SupplyOn will bill you directly 30 days after your registration is completed. The invoice will amount the whole usage year (540€/$).
The connection via direct EDI has a monthly cost of 90€/$ plus a one-time implementation fee that depends on the specific scale of each project. For details on this please contact the SupplyOn's EDI expert team at integration-service@supplyon.com
How is Schneider's process to on-board the suppliers into the SSP SCM 2.0 platform?
Following are the steps to on-board on the SupplyOn platform:
1. SSL sends Email incl. communication kit to supplier: In the initial email sent by the SSL the supplier contact (PoC / Account Manager) is requested to complete the registration immediately but latest within 7 days after receiving the SupplyOn registration link.
2. DTL starts the registration by clicking the “start registration” button in SupplyOn which triggers an automatic email (sent from registration@supplyon.com) with registration link to the defined supplier contact.
3. Supplier registers on the SupplyOn platform (the process takes only 5-10 minutes.) As long as the supplier does not complete the registration, the supplier contact will receive two automatic e-mail reminders within the 7 days following the reception of the SupplyOn registration link. In case the supplier is still not registered after 7 days, SupplyOn will start contacting him by telephone (max. 9 dialing attempts within 4 weeks).
4. Supplier is trained on the usage of the platform and on the capabilities of the WebEDI connection.
5. SE starts using the platform and supplier receives first transaction sent from SE via SupplyOn.
When is it planned to integrate other capabilities like Delivery, Invoicing, Vendor Forecast, IQC or Inventory?
So far Orders and Delivery capabilities have gone live. Invoicing has gone live according to specific regions. Other capabilities like Vendor Forecast, Quality and Inventory will be integrated during 2022.
