How to create User Accounts

When you register your company in SupplyOn for the first time you become automatically your company's User Administrator. You can create further user accounts and define user rights (roles). You can also regulate precisely the access of any user to any specific SupplyOn service.

  1. Login to SupplyOn

    1. Click on 'Administration' and 'User Management'
      In this dashboard you have an overview of all users and can create, edit, deactivate or delete them.
  2. Create User Accounts
    1. Click on 'Create User' and fill in contact details, account data, etc.
      Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
  3. Assign user roles
    1. Got to the roles tab and select the required roles for the user.
      Click on 'More Information' to get a detailed description of the responsibility. You will also find the correct responsibility in your service activation email. 'Save and close'.
  4. Start using SupplyOn
    1. The created user will receive an e-mail with the user ID and a separate email to confirm the e-mail address. You will have to send the new user the initial password, which should be changed during the first login.
