The rollout triggers an automatic email to the suppliers containing their unique registration link. This is when the registration starts.
What happens after start rollout?
# as soon as the supplier has completed the registration with all required details
# the supplier is activated and ready to use the service with you
# an automatic activation email will be sent to the supplier and to the buyside contact.
# With the registration the supplier signs a binding contract with SupplyOn for the connection to your company in our platform.
# AirSupply costs 45€ per month - this fee is not transaction based and covers all their subsidiaries and an unlimited amount of users.
# The supplier will be charged for a year in advance one month after the registration is completed.

SupplyOn Customer Support
From the moment the registration Link is sent to the supplier our customer support hotline is available to him by phone or email 24/7. We offer support in 9 languages including chinese and japanese.
Our system sends 2 automatic email reminders 3 and 5 days after the registration link has been sent to the supplier.
As of day 7, if the suppliers have not completed the registration our customer care agents starts proactively calling the contact person provided during the rollout.
