Supplier Selection

• Select all suppliers you want to invite to join the project
• You can use the Excel file Upload Template Mass Onboarding to create the data of your suppliers and automatically upload it into the Rollout Cockpit.
• In the Excel file you will find a description of which data to fill in by hovering the mouse over each column. 

Validate Supplier Master Data

• Validate supplier data via DNB Database and check if the DUNS number is existing and DUNS, company name, address are matching

Note: The DUNS number is a worldwide, unique identifier for suppliers and mandatory for the Supplier Rollout. Supplier sometimes don't know their own DUNS.
