AirSupply is an Aerospace & Defence Industry Supply Chain Platform for direct ordering. 30 Customers and more than 3400 suppliers collaborate on End-to-End harmonized supply-chain processes.
Airbus Helicopter North America is deploying the purchase order collaboration module and Goods Receipt information with some of its suppliers.
The Purchase Order process in AirSupply covers the complete life-cycle of a purchase order from publication to the supplier to the final delivery.
Purchase Order collaboration means agreement on delivery dates and quantities between customer and supplier. Both parties can initiate changes and manage the changes proposed by his/her counterpart.
For Airbus Helicopters North America, collaboration occurs on dates and quantity only. The reception information will close the purchase order by updating the status to RECEIVED, the final status. For the Airbus Helicopters North America scope, the shipment module is not available.
Both customer and supplier work on the same interface and harmonized format. Customer and supplier share the same data but each party has his own reference and portfolio.
Exception based management allows you to act only when relevant for you.
Status indicators inform about necessary actions and PO life cycle phases.
All data types are displayed in dashboards which are flexible and can be easily configured to suit each user’s preferences or specific requirements.
