Connectivity Options in AirSupply

There are two possibilities for you to connect to the AirSupply platform, which depend on your company size, your volume of transactions and your company's existing IT infrastructure.

Internet based connection

Connection via Internet browser (H2M Human to Machine)
 

  • The easiest and fastest way to connect to SupplyOn is with the internet front-end, user based connection AirSupply.
  • The only requirement is a computer or tablet, a browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome) and internet access.
  • There is no software installation necessary only an online registration.
  • It is recommended for small and medium-sized companies with an average of less than 600 orders per year.
  • The AirSupply connection allows you register multiple locations and unlimited users.
  • Offers you the full scope of functionalities, including user management and CSV upload/download feature.

Direct EDI Connection

Connection via EDI (M2M Machine to Machine)

The SupplyOn EDI connection ensures a fully automated data transmission directly from your ERP system into the ERP system of your customer.

  • It is recommended for a high volume of transactions and is best for companies with a strong IT infrastructure in terms of capabilities and resources.
  • Involves an IT implementation project specifically designed for your company and customised to meet the individual requirements of your project.
  • Uses CSV or Boost Aero XML for ordering processes.
  • Uses EDIFACT D07A or UBL XML for eInvoices.
