How long does it take to connect to AirSupply?
I am not yet registered as a supplier at SupplyOn.
The first registration with SupplyOn only takes a few mouse clicks and requires you to confirm a contract activation with SupplyOn. After the confirmation, you will be informed and your Company Administrator can then create the first users.
How high are the costs ?
The cost for SupplyOn ‘s AirSupply Quality standard contract is 40 Euro per customer per month for any module used (NOE, Concession, PPS-9S).
One customer group, such as Airbus (incl. Airbus Commercial, Airbus Helicopters, Airbus Defence & Space, etc.) is regarded in SupplyOn as one single customer.
The monthly fee is charged annually in advance, one month after registration has been completed.
How many users can I create?
As a registered company with a Connect Contract, you can create an unlimited number of users. Your Company SupplyOn Admin or the User Manager is responsible for user management, they must be contacted if new SupplyOn users need to be created or assigned new roles and rights. Get in contact with our Support Team if you are not aware who your Company Admin is.
As soon as a user logs in to SupplyOn for the first time, a disclaimer is displayed as you can see in this example. The disclaimer must be confirmed before the SupplyOn solutions can be used.
