SupplyOn AirSupply will enable you to handle your business processes with SEA in a structured manner, from demand and forecasting, through handling purchase order. The process is completed with the despatch advice (incl. pre-validation) and the goods receipt. 

Status messages make the individual process steps transparent and traceable. The user interface of AirSupply can be customized according to your needs, so that your daily work becomes easy.

Assign the AirSupply User Roles

Active User: In order to be able to use the airsupply service, you must create a user account for the responsible persons in your company and assign the corresponding roles.

User Role: The following user roles has to be assigned to each user to use AirSupply.

When you first register your company in SupplyOn, you must specify a Company Administrator for your account. This role can be assigned to somebody else later. The Company Administrator plays a central role and has variety of tasks such as:

• maintaining company master data in the Business Directory
• maintaining control points
• confirming connects for additional services and/or additional customers
• creating user accounts
• assigning additional user roles
• resetting of user passwords
• unlocking user accounts
