Assuming I opt for the Connect model, how long is my period of notice?
The contract term is 1 year.
The contract extends automatically by a further year, unless terminated in writing three months prior to the contract term expiration date.

Will the existing communication channels with Stabilus still be in use after SupplyOn is implemented?
No. It will not be possible to process any transactions included in the process from Purchase Order to Goods Receipt with Stabilus via email or fax anymore.
However your current contact person at Stabilus for commercial aspects & disposition for operative procurement will remain the same.

How do I avoid e-mails concerning a purchase order ending up in my spam filter?
In order to ensure that e-mails concerning purchase orders reach your mailbox safely, we recommend adding the supplyon.com domain into the white list in your spam filter. This way, you make sure that no important notifications are deleted or blocked by your spam filter software.
