SED Administration
When you first register your company in SupplyOn, you must specify a Company Administrator for your account. This role can be assigned to somebody else later. The Company Administrator plays a central role and has variety of tasks such as:
- maintaining company master data in the Business Directory
- maintaining control points
- confirming connects for additional services and/or additional customers
- creating user accounts
- assigning additional user roles
- resetting of user passwords
- unlocking user accounts

Direct EDI Connection
Connection via EDI (M2M Machine to Machine)
The SupplyOn EDI connection ensures a fully automated data transmission directly from your ERP system into the ERP system of your customer.
Internet based connection
Connection via Internet browser (H2M Human to Machine)
- The easiest and fastest way to connect to SupplyOn is with the internet front-end, user based connection AirSupply.
- The only requirement is a computer or tablet, a browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome) and internet access.
- There is no software installation necessary only an online registration.
Connectivity Options in AirSupply
There are two possibilities for you to connect to the AirSupply platform, which depend on your company size, your volume of transactions and your company's existing IT infrastructure.

Active User: In order to be able to use the airsupply service, you must create a user account for the responsible persons in your company and assign the corresponding roles.
User Role: The following user roles has to be assigned to each user to use AirSupply.
