Any entity of your company can request to join your contract.
When you receive such a request you can accept it or decline it by following these simple steps:
Login to SupplyOn
Click on 'Administration' and 'Contract and Invoice'
My open tasks
Open 'My tasks' and click on the open request
... an existing SupplyOn contract?
During the registration process you can join the main contract:
Start the registration process
Enter the entry number in the section Company Master data
Finish the registration process
Continue to fill in the registration form and submit

When one of your customers rolls out your company for a new service or a new customer wants to connect with you in SupplyOn, you will get notified by email. Under the menu 'My Tasks' you find listed all the requestst for new service connections. Click on a task to confirm it and the service will be added to you account.

Remember: If your company already has a registered entity with SupplyOn, you can request to join their contract during your registration by following the instructions in the registration form.
As a SupplyOn Company Administrator you can access the Supplier Cokpit from the top menu bar 'Administration' option and 'Contract & Invoice'.
