JIT/JIS in SupplyOn
Just In Time /Just In Sequence schedules are based on a contractual framework agreement, which determines that the supplier should deliver specific materials at certain times (JIT) and / or in a certain sequence (JIS).
Delivery dates and quantities can be coordinated on a regular base between customers and suppliers. Thanks to the schedule response process, the supplier simply confirms dates and quantities without running a complex order change process.
