I have not received an email with a registration link, what happens next?
Please check your SPAM folder and make sure the SupplyOn domain "@supplyon.com" is whitelisted by your IT department.
To request a new registration link, please send an email to SIM@bmw.de.
We already use SupplyOn. Do I have to register again?
No. The new connection only needs to be confirmed by the administrator of your company account. SupplyOn will automatically notify the company admin and request the confirmation of the new connection to BMW.
To find out who is your company administrator visit SupplyOn's Support Center or contact SupplyOn's Customer Support Team.
Can I (temporarily) also use a private email address?
Yes, you can use any email address to register in SupplyOn.
