My company has several locations, do I have to make a separate registration for each location?
Every supplier location / entity / subsidiary which got rolled out by Schneider Electric (SE) needs to register at SupplyOn.
However, there is the possibility that your corporate group concludes a master agreement and further subsidiaries / entities / locations of your group can join this master contract in order to pay the SupplyOn fee only once.
To do this, the new subsidiary / entity / location to be registered must obtain the enrolment number from the Company Admin of its master contract holder and enter it during online registration.
In case you do not know the Company admin of the master contract holder contact the SupplyOn Customer Support please.
I have paused the registration. How do I continue?
To complete the registration, please log in with your username, which you have defined in step 1 of the registration, via www.SupplyOn.com (Login).
If you want to reset the password for this user account, click "Forgot password" on the login page.
After login, the system will redirect you to the next step of registration. If you receive an error message after login, please click on "Administration" - "Contract & Invoice".

About Schneider SSP-SCM 2.0...
What is SSP SCM 2.0 and why do we need to upgrade from SSP SCM 0.1?
SSP SCM 2.0 is the program name for digitizing the P2P process for all the PP suppliers of SE by providing one SCM (Supply Chain Management) portal containing all necessary transactional capabilities, offer full coverage of our supply Chain, and multiple ways to exchange data (EDI, Web Portal, etc.) for our supply Base.
SSP SCM 1.0 will become obsolete, and it will be progressively decommissioned by Mid 2022.
These are the business benefits of this new platform:
1. Single portal with all the capabilities for the supplier to interact with SE on Procure to Pay process.
2. E-Invoicing capability which will help the supplier to raise invoices to SE from the same platform.
3. Full EDI connection between supplier and all SE sites which can be rolled out easily and in a cost-effective manner.
When will SSP SCM 1.0 Suppliers be transitioned to SSP SCM 2.0?
By December 2022 all the SSP SCM 1.0 will be transitioned to SSP SCM 2.0.
If I choose not to engage in SSP SCM 2.0 program, will the existing SSP SCM 1.0 portal remain as it is for the suppliers to use?
SSP SCM 1.0 will become obsolete and it will be progressively decommissioned by Mid 2022. In consequence all suppliers using SSP SCM 1.0 need to be migrated to SSP SCM 2.0 sooner or later, even EDI suppliers.
Suppliers rolled out by SE Onboarding team need to register at SupplyOn within 7 days after receiving the SupplyOn registration link. After completing the registration at SupplyOn there will be cut off the SSP SCM 1.0.

How is Schneider's process to on-board the suppliers into the SSP SCM 2.0 platform?
Following are the steps to on-board on the SupplyOn platform:

In case the supplier is still not registered after 7 days, SupplyOn will start contacting him by telephone (max. 9 dialing attempts within 4 weeks).
4. Supplier is trained on the usage of the platform and on the capabilities of the WebEDI connection.
5. SE starts using the platform and supplier receives first transaction sent from SE via SupplyOn.
