Production processes in the aerospace industry are very complex, as are the corresponding results of demand planning and order processing, which must be coordinated in close cooperation with the supplier.
The development of AirSupply is rooted in an initiative to standardize processes and data formats within the European aerospace industry. As a result, Airbus, Dassault Aviation, EADS, Safran and Thales founded the company BoostAeroSpace. The joint industry platform AirSupply not only optimizes collaboration between manufacturers and suppliers but also communication with suppliers in the downstream supply chain. The resulting end-to-end data flow across multiple tiers of the supply chain creates more stable supply chains by enabling early identification of and response to impending bottlenecks.
With SupplyOn AirSupply, we want to make our SCM processes more transparent, secure, faster and more traceable throughout the entire product cycle, not only for us but also for our suppliers.
