How to activate or deactivate a user account
- Select the “Administration / User administration” menu item.
- If you cannot see the desired user in the list, click on the menu option “Search” and enter the first name, last name, username, or e-mail address of the user.
- Click on the button on the upper right-hand side of the profile card. That’ how you deactivate or activate a user account.
- If you have locked the user account, all roles are now withdrawn from this user. SupplyOn doesn’t send an e-mail notification to the e-mail address of the user.
- If you have unlocked the user account, SupplyOn sends e-mail notification to the user's e-mail address to notify him/her that his/her account has been activated again.
Note: Remember that you can use the SupplyOn wizard for activating and deactivating users.
