Possible project status:

• Created (project is not yet visible for the suppliers)
• Active
• Review
• Closed (project can no longer be changed)
• Canceled (project can no longer be changed, project is not visible under "My Projects")
• Archived (project can no longer be changed, project is not visible under "My Projects")
  Hint: An archived project cannot be reactivated. The only possibility is to 'copy as a new project'.

The following status changes are possible:

• Created > Active
• Active > Closed
  The project can only be closed if all phases and elements have been completed.
  The program can only be completed if all synchronized projects are closed, canceled, or archived.
• Active > Review
  Projects that are locked for the supplier because the buying company needs to validate existing entries may be in status "Review". Changes are still possible for the buyer.
• Closed > Active
  Projects that are assigned to a program can only be activated again if the program is active.
• Active > Canceled
  Note: In case of this status change, a window will appear where you have to enter the reason for the cancellation. 
• Closed > Archived
