Overview of the tab 'My Projects'

Project status is clear at a glance (additional notification in case of a critical status by e-mail)

Transparency regarding upcoming due dates

Click on the three dots to filter the view
Create a new project

within the tab 'My projects' you can click on the button 'Create Project'

Enter the Project name, select the template type, select the notifications and click on next

Fill in the Supplier Details and in Additional Information all project details

Click on 'Save' to create the project
Tab: Define Project Team

Within your project you can click on the tab 'Project Team'
-
Fill in all customer roles and the supplier contact with an asterix (*)
-
Click on the role and search for a name or fill in an asterix * to search for all existing persons of your company
Tab: Project Schedule

In the area 'Sample schedule' you can add a sample including dates and additional information

In the area 'Project schedule' the selected fields from the template are shown
-
Insert all information and requested dates for each action

Save the project
Activate the Project
- Return to “My Project” and activate the project
- The supplier receives an email about the new project.
- Note: If the project is in status created, the supplier has no access to the project
