Supplier Registration

How to Setup new User Accounts.

The SupplyOn User Administrator can manage the SupplyOn users. The user administrator can create an unlimited number of user accounts and you can also precisely regulate the access of each user to the individual SupplyOn services, by assigning them specific areas of responsibility.

What does the supplier have to do?

In this section, we explain the steps that a supplier who is not yet registered with SupplyOn needs to perform.

Hitachi Astemo informs the supplier about the new initiative with SupplyOn. The rollout process will then start. All steps are described in the Supplier Onboarding section.

In the section below we explain how the supplier registers with SupplyOn.

Monitoring

The second possibility is to access the SupplyOn Monitoring. After login, click on "Administration" and "Suppliers rollout". You are at the Rollout cockpit overview. There you can select in the section Monitoring the overview you want.

Usage Dashboards

The SupplyOn system offers different dashboards where you can monitor the status of your suppliers. You can find the dashboards after login in the navigation "SupplyOn Services" - "Visibility and Analytics"

Supplier Rollout and Registration

1. Your internal organization is informed about the project
2. Your suppliers received the first email with all project relevant details
3. Supplier selection is finished and can be uploaded in the SupplyOn platform - the rollout starts.
4. The suppliers receive the registration or confirmation email. This email is different depending on the connect type.
5. During the registration phase the SupplyOn Customer Support is active for supplier questions
