Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) is the industry leading solution to manage supply chains from demand to payment.

In this SupplyOn solution all processes across several supply chain levels are digitally mapped and visible to all business partners, enabling a seamless and highly efficient collaboration between customers and suppliers.

Getting started in Supply Chain Collaboration
 

  • Log in to SupplyOn and select the service Supply Chain Collaboration in the navigation bar. 
  • Make sure you have the role "WebEDISellerAdmin" assigned. 
  • Select the required module from your dashboard by clicking on the corresponding card.

Regular overview of planned demands

The Delivery Instruction process (DELFOR) gives the supplier an overview about materials that are needed in a certain period of time.
This period of time is solely defined by the customer and can be short term or long term. 
The DELFOR message also includes details about the material quantity and the estimated date of demand.

Pierburg and Pierburg Pump Technology will send you Delivery Instructions on a regular basis. 

What can you do in the Delivery Instruction module of SupplyOn SCC ?

  • Use filters and the quick search to find a material, order number, specific plant name or the newest message.
  • Select a line to get more details, such as material data, packaging information and cumulative quantities.
  • Here you can enter the cumulative shipped quantity.
  • Download DELFOR messages in .csv or .xlsx format and print them as .pdf files.

On-time notification of your delivery

With the module Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) you can provide information about material in transit and confirm the pick up to Pierburg and Pierburg Pump Technology. 

Integrated alerts inform all parties over deviations making possible to anticipate potential bottleneck situations. 

Pierburg and Pierburg Pump Technology will use Delivery Instructions with you.

What can you do in the ASN module of SupplyOn SCC ?

  • Get an overview of all due deliveries grouped by Delivery Plant, Unloading Point, Incoterm and Currency.
  • Search for specific information using different filters on each field.
  • Choose as many schedule lines as you want to deliver and bundle them in one ASN.
  • Enter packaging information (Single Pack / Two Level Pack) and print labels.

Stock movements overview

The Stock Movements process (INVRPT) gives feedback about all warehouse movements e.g. input, transfer, scrapped, as well as about stock levels. 

Pierburg and Pierburg Pump Technology will send stock movements or consignment stock level data. This data will be refreshed regularly.

What can you do in the Stock Movement module of SupplyOn SCC ? 

  • Adjust the view of your dashboard to show you the most relevant information at a glance. 
  • Get information such as Material, Material description, Customer, Supplier, Supplier number etc.
  • See the latest stock movements of Pierburg and Pierburg Pump Technology.
  • Download all data in .csv or .xlsx format by selecting the required line/s.
