Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) is an integral solution that covers all P2P processes of the supply chain, from the management of the purchase orders up to the invoicing process. 
With the implementation of the SupplyOn SCC solution, thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components wants to optimize the management of some of the business processes that they share with you.

How to access Supply Chain Collaboration

 

  • Log in to SupplyOn and select the service 'Supply Chain Collaboration' in the navigation bar or dashboard. 
  • Make sure you have the role "WebEDISellerAdmin" assigned.
  • Select the required module card from the dashboard, to access the specific data overview.*

*Note that on the lower left side of your SCC dashboard, you can click on 'Interactive Tour' for a guided tour through the User Interface (UI).

DELFOR : Regular overview on planned demands

The Delivery Instruction process  (DELFOR) gives the supplier an overview about materials that are needed in a certain period of time.
This period of time is solely defined by the customer and can be short term or long term. 
The DELFOR message also includes details about the material quantity and the estimated date of demand.

thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components will send you Delivery Instructions on a regular basis. 

Features
What can you do in the Delivery Instruction module of SupplyOn SCC ?
  • Use filters and the quick search to find a material, order number, specific plant name or the newest message.
  • Select a line to get more details, such as material data, packaging information and cumulative quantities.
  • Here you can enter the cumulative shipped quantity.
  • Download DELFOR messages in .csv or .xlsx format and print them as .pdf files.

TK | VMI Stock Movements

VMI : Stock movements overview

The Stock Movements process  (INVRPT) gives feedback about all warehouse movements.
This could be e.g. input, delivery, property transfer, scrapped parts, as well as stock level information. 

thyssenkrupp Dynamic Components will send Stock Movements and Stock Levels separately.

You will receive an overview of the future stock simulation based on demands and current stock levels (VMI Inventory Projection Report IPR).
You can use this Inventory Projection Report to monitor and plan the restock process.
This data will be refreshed on a regular basis.
